SHIPPING:

We normally ship via the United States Post Office(USPS) or Fed Ex/UPS, Standard delivery. We will ship EXPRESS, Priority or Any other non-standard shipment at the buyer's request-please contact us prior to bidding for a quote as additional shipping charges will apply. Express, Overnight, and Priority shipping is not included in our free shipping program.

Any shipment $250 or more requires a delivery signature.

We generally will ship your in-stock item within 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Transit time may vary, but generally you will receive your item within 2-7 business days for most locations. Special Orders will take 2-10 weeks depending on artist.

If a product is temporarily out of stock we will notify you right away by email or telephone.
At this time, only orders shipped to California are charged sales tax.

ORDERING:

Any order from this site is an offer to purchase and is subject to acceptance by us. A confirmation will be sent via email. A contract arises once we send you the shipping confirmation. Prices and availability on all products on the site are subject to change without notice. Products are artisan in nature and may be one-of-a-kind. Slight variations will occur.

RETURNS:

We are happy to accept returns for a full refund or replacement, if replacement is available, for price paid, less shipping and handling. Please note that you must return the product to us and you are responsible for the cost of returning the product(s) unless the product is grossly misrepresented. If the return results from our error, we will refund the product price plus all shipping charges.  Please email attitudes@attitudesathome.com to obtain a Return Authorization number.

1. Repack the product in the original packaging materials, taking care to secure the item properly to prevent breakage.
2. Returned item must be received within 30 days from the date of delivery. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Please provide your RA number, your name and address with the shipment.

If you have received a damaged or broken item, we will be happy to replace the item free of charge or credit your credit card for all charges, including shipping.  We must be notified within 5 days of delivery otherwise refunds or replacements will be subject to our regular 30-day return policy. Please note that most of our products are one-of-a-kind and may or may not be replaceable.  Slight variations may occur due to artistic nature. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to refused or unclaimed shipments.

We do not give refunds for: Jewelry, Handbags, Lotions, Gels, or any other bath/personal products. No exceptions.
